The ZD860 is a constant off-TIme, high power LED driver ICthat is capable of driving up to 1.5A of output current. It operatesfrom an input voltage range of 4V to 40V (AC or DC)and generates a regulated programmable constant outputcurrent for high brightness power LEDs. The integratedpower switch reduces component count by eliminaTIng theneed for an external power switch. Thermal and overvoltagecircuitry protects the power transistors from excessivepower dissipaTIon.The ZD860 is available in a thermally enhanced 16-pin exposedTSSOP green package.
