The INA120 is a precision instrumentaTIon amplifierideal for accurate signal acquisiTIon. It combines precision,protected-input operaTIonal amplifiers, lasertrimmedgain-setTIng resistors, and a high commonmoderejection difference amplifier on a single chip.Simple pin-strapped connections set precise gains of 1,10, 100 or 1000. External resistors can be used to setany gain from one to 5000. Gains can be digitallyselected with an external multiplexer. Gain-sense connectionson the INA120 maintain accuracy when usingmultiplexer or gain-switching circuitry. Low powerdissipation and careful on-chip thermal managementreduce warm-up drift and assure excellent long-termstability.The INA120 is available in both plastic and ceramic18-pin DIP packages, specified for the industrial temperaturerange.
