The 33907_8 devices are mulTI-output， power supply， integrated circuit， including HSCAN transceiver， dedicated to the automoTIve market. MulTIple switching and linear voltage regulators， including low power mode are available with various wake-up capabiliTIes. An advanced power management scheme is implemented to maintain high efficiency over wide input voltages and output current ranges. The 33907_8 includes enhanced safety features， with multiple fail-safe outputs， becoming a full part of a safety oriented system partitioning， to reach a high integrity safety level. The built-in enhanced high speed CAN interface fulfills the ISO11898-2 and -5 standards. Local and bus failure diagnostics， protection， and failsafe operation mode are provided. This device is powered by SMARTMOS technology.
