This application note describes the behavior of the RDY(Ready) pin in several modes of operation: Encoded, Bypass,and BIST (Built-In Self-Test). The RDY pin indicates the statusof the HOTLinkä Receiver control logic and output pins. Itsfunction and timing are dependent on the state of the MODE,BISTEN (Built-In Self-Test Enable), and RF (Reframe) pins.The following sections describe RDY behavior in detail.
