The mPD6125A is 4-bit single-chip microcontroller for infrared remote control transmitters used in control systems suchas TVs, VCRs, stereos, cassette decks, and air condiTIoners.This microcontroller consists of ROM, RAM, a 4-bit parallel processing ALU, a programmable TImer, a keyI/O port, and a transmission output port. It can be used for various applicaTIons through programming.
