Duing the several years,Motorola has been reviewing all processing and manufactuing methods to determine ways to reduce the impact of these environment. One of the major results of this study was the decision to eliminate use of chlorofluorabons(CFCs)by Motorola.Unforlunately,CFCs were used in the processing of Motorola has discontinued the production of the MC68HC825B6.The recommended replacement for this device is the MC68HC705B16.
