The evaluation board includes a socketed CS61584Adual line interface device and all support componentsnecessary for evaluation. The board is powered by anexternal +5 Volt supply.The board may be configured for 100W twisted-pair T1,75W coax E1, or 120W twisted-pair E1 operation. Bindingposts and bantam jacks are provided for lineinterface connections. Several BNC connectors provideclock and data I/O at the system interface. Referencetiming may be derived from a quartz crystal, crystal oscillator,or an external reference clock. Four LEDindicators monitor device alarm conditions.
