The OPA644 is a wideband precision current feedbackoperaTIonal amplifier featuring excepTIonally highopen loop transimpedance and high slew rate. Thecurrent feedback architecture allows for excellentlarge signal bandwidth, even at high gains. The hightransimpedance allows this op amp to be used inapplicaTIons requiring 16 bits or more of accuracy.This extra transimpedance at high bandwidths givesvery low distorTIon and low differential gain andphase errors. The high slew rate and well-behavedpulse response allow for superior large signal amplificationin a variety of RF, video and other signalprocessing applications. Fabricated on an advancedcomplementary bipolar process, the OPA644 offersAPPLICATIONS exceptional performance in monolithic form.
