FuncTIonal DescripTIon The mrms template monitors its input and provides the root mean square value to out as described in the following equaTIon：

The output is a state connection point. This means that while the input signal on inp relative to inm is （vin = v（inp） - v（inm））， the signal on out is absolute. Refer to Section 3.2 of the MAST Reference Manual and the Usage Notes for more information on types of connection points.
