The TPS61140/1 is a dual output boost converter IC.· Two Outputs Each up to 27 V It is intended to be configured as a highly integrated· 0.7 A Integrated Switch power soluTIon providing regulated voltage andcurrent output with one boost converter. This device· Built-in Power Diode is ideal for driving the OLED sub display and WLED· 1.2 MHz PWM for WLED Driver backlight for the LCD main display in clam shell· PFM for OLED Supply phones. The voltage and current can be individuallyprogrammed through external resistors. When only the voltage output isenabled, the boost converter is controlled by pulse · Built-in Soft Start frequency modulation (PFM) in order to achieve high· Overvoltage Protection efficiency over a wide load range.
