Low Cost, 60MHz Rail-to-Rail Input-Output Op-AmpThe ISL24020 is a low power, high voltage rail-to-rail inputoutputamplifier. OperaTIng on supplies ranging from 5V to15V, while consuming only 2.5mA per amplifier, the ISL24020has a bandwidth of 60MHz (-3dB). It also provides commonmode input ability beyond the supply rails, as well asrail-to-rail output capability. This enables the amplifier to offermaximum dynamic range at any supply voltage.The ISL24020 also features fast slewing and settling TImes,as well as a high output drive capability of 65mA (sink andsource). These features make the ISL24020 ideal for highspeed filtering and signal condiTIoning applicaTIon. Otherapplications include battery power, portable devices, andanywhere low power consumption is important.The ISL24020 is available in 5 Ld TSOT package. It featuresa standard operational amplifier pinout and operats over atemperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
