The ADL5365 uTIlizes a highly linear doubly balanced passivemixer core along with integrated RF and LO balancing circuitryto allow for single-ended operaTIon. The ADL5365 incorporatesan RF balun allowing for opTImal performance over a 1700 to2200 MHz RF input frequency range using low-side LOinjecTIon. (Pin compatible parts for high side injection are alsoavailable). The balanced passive mixer arrangement providesLO to RF leakage better than -25dBm, and excellentintermodulation performance. The balanced mixer core alsoprovides extremely high input linearity allowing the device tobe used in demanding cellular applications where in-bandblocking signals may otherwise result in the degradation ofdynamic performance. For low voltage applications, theADL5365 is capable if operation at voltages down to 3V withsubstantially reduced current.
