The OPA130 series of FET-input op amps combineprecision dc performance with low quiescent current.Single, dual, and quad versions have idenTIcal specificaTIonsfor maximum design flexibility. They are idealfor general-purpose, portable, and battery operatedapplicaTIons, especially with high source impedance.OPA130 op amps are easy to use and free from phaseinversion and overload problems often found incommon FET-input op amps. Input cascode circuitryprovides excellent common-mode rejecTIon andmaintains low input bias current over its wide inputvoltage range. OPA130 series op amps are stable inunity gain and provide excellent dynamic behaviorover a wide range of load conditions, including highload capacitance. Dual and quad designs featurecompletely independent circuitry for lowest crosstalkand freedom from interaction, even when overdrivenor overloaded.Single and dual versions are available in 8-pin DIPand SO-8 surface-mount packages. Quad isavailable in 14-pin DIP and SO-14 surface-mountpackages. All are specified for –40°C to +85°Coperation.
