The LMV7235/LMV7239 are ultra low power, low voltage, 45nsec comparators. They are guaranteed to operate over thefull supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. These devicesachieve a 45 nsec propagaTIon delay while consuming only65μA of supply current at 5V.
