The EL7243 dual input, 2-channel driver achieves the sameexcellent switching performance of the EL7212 family whileproviding added flexibility. The power package makes thispart extremely well suited for high frequency and heavyloads as in CCD applicaTIons. The 2-input logic andconfiguraTIon is applicable to numerous power MOSFETdrive circuits. As with other Elantec drivers, the EL7243 isexcellent for driving large capaciTIve loads with minimal delayand switching TImes. “Shoot-thru” protection and latchingcircuits can be implemented by simply “cross-coupling” the2-channels.
