The NC7SZ00 is a single 2-Input NAND Gate from Fairchild’sUltra High Speed Series of TInyLogic. The deviceis fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieveultra high speed with high output drive while maintaininglow staTIc power dissipaTIon over a broad VCC operaTIngrange. The device is specified to operate over the 1.8V to5.5V VCC operating range. The inputs and output are highimpedance when VCC is 0V.
