工业PC标准开放体系结构数控系统在卧式加工中心上的应用

Abstract :Using open Architecture CNC system designed with industry PC stantard to design and adjust electrical control systemof horizontal machining center ,and to develop software of PMC with C ++ , this paper points out the hardwares structure ,sushas NC part ,servo ,machine tool electric ,handwheel ,network and communication ,thispaper also discusses the method to developmodularized PMC software and adjustment steps of machine - electricity unite.Key words :open architecture ; machining center ; CNC; servo ; PMC; machine - electricity unite
