The EL5281 comparator is designedfor operaTIon in single supply and dualsupply applicaTIons with 5V to 12Vbetween VS+ and VS-. For single supplies, the inputs canoperate from 0.1V below ground for use in ground-sensingapplicaTIons.The output side of the comparator can be supplied from asingle supply of 2.7V to 5V. The rail-to-rail output swingenables direct connecTIon of the comparator to both CMOSand TTL logic circuits.The latch input of the EL5281 can be used to hold thecomparator output value by applying a low logic level to thepin. The EL5281 features two separate comparators.The EL5281 is available in the 14-pin SO package and isspecified for operation over the full -40°C to +85°Ctemperature range. Also available are a single (EL5181) andquad versions (EL5481 and EL5482).
