The AD7680 is a 16-bit, fast, low power, successive approximaTIonADC. The part operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 V powersupply and features throughput rates up to 100 kSPS. The partcontains a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifierthat can handle input frequencies in excess of 7 MHz.
