The uPD753012A, 753016A, and 753017A are members of NEC’s new 75XL series of 4-bit single-chip microcontrollers.This product has a higher ROM capacity and more sophisTIcated CPU than the exisTIng mPD753xxB, can operate athigh speeds on a voltage as low as 1.8 V, and is provided with an LCD controller/driver.
