AH280 is the integrated Hall sensor owned twocomplementary outputs for motor’s coil driving, autolocked shutdown and auto restart funcTIons.FuncTIonal block diagram includes that a regulatorwith temperature-compensated band-gap, anon-chip Hall voltage generator, a comparator, aSchmitt trigger and two current output drivers. Theregulator can provide wide operaTIonal voltagerange. The Hall voltage generator is to amplify theHall voltage due to Hall effect. A Schmitt trigger isto provide switching Hysteresis for noise rejecTIon.To avoid coil burning, rotor-lock detection circuit willshutdown the output driver if detect rotor-lock status.A rotation recovery circuit is to restart the motorafter rotor-lock is removed. In addition, the autore-start time is flexible by adjusting the capacitance (CT).
