The ISL55036 features singlesupply operaTIon over a voltage range of 3VDC to 5.5VDC.The inputs are capable of sensing ground with an outputswing of VCC - 0.3V into a 150Ω load TIed to V+/2. The partincludes a fast-acTIng global disable/power-down circuit.The ISL55036 is available in a 24 Ld TQFN package.OperaTIon is specified over the -40°C to +85°C temperaturerange.
